Bravery & Social Skills Group for Young Children (Ages 4–6)

Bravery Bootcamp is a therapist-designed social play group for children who are shy, timid, or need extra support engaging with peers. Through therapeutic play, self-regulation strategies, and sensory exploration, children gain the confidence to connect with others and explore their environment.

Led by Occupational Therapists, each 60-minute session combines structured learning with fun, play-based activities that encourage bravery, independence, and social growth. Parents also receive weekly handouts with strategies to support skill carryover at home.
