Meet Our Providers

Kayla, LCMHC-A

Kayla has worked with youth for over 10 years and is passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing. She is excited to have found her niche as a mental health counselor. Her previous experience includes outdoor and classroom education along with para-professional mental health roles and counseling.

She values person centered and goal oriented treatment. Kayla uses the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework and with customized approaches to help patients and their parents achieve their goals. She also includes somatic, play, and expressive arts approaches into sessions.

Kayla is passionate about supporting children and their families. She hopes to soon complete training for Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and continue exploring somatic, play, and expressive arts techniques.

In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time in nature
